In May our Chief Learning Architect, Matthew Mason, was recognised as a Certified Learning Professional (CLP) Master Facilitator. This benchmark is in recognition of formal and informal education, successful application of learning, continual development of personal knowledge and skills, and ongoing commitment to the learning and development profession.

CLP certification is based on assessments of career achievements, practical experience and ongoing education.
Successful CLP Master Facilitators have shown sufficient demonstrated evidence to accumulate a minimum of 1000 points across the following five areas:

  3. Practical Experience
  4. Professional Achievements
  5. Demonstration of Facilitation Skills
